I had such a wonderful stay at this place! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their friendly and helpful nature really made a difference. The room was spacious and immaculate, equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of this hotel was perfect, with easy access to the MRT station. From there, I could easily explore the city and visit Taipei Main Station. The convenience was unbeatable!
With its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service, I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. They would definitely have a fantastic time here!

This hotel's location is very convenient, with multiple MRT stations nearby making it easily accessible. the room is spacious and clean with comfortable bedding and a good view. the bathroom is well-equipped and spacious too. the buffet breakfast offered is extensive with a decent selection. the hotel is also friendly to pets, allowing them to stay with their owners.
The hotel could improve their wifi connectivity as guests may have trouble accessing certain websites.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! Very friendly and helpful, they gave us lots of useful tips about the surrounding area. the food was also great! And the beds were so comfortable. the location was perfect, close to two metro stations and easy to access from the airport.
That breakfast got really crowded, and there weren't enough tables so we had to wait. sometimes the service was a bit slow, but that's understandable considering how many people were staying at the hotel.

Our two-week stay at Aloft in Beitou was truly fantastic! The location was great, with easy access to the subway station and nearby attractions. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful, providing us with lots of information on the city. The room was cozy and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the food was delicious. We had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was amazing! Room was neat and tidy, with a great view. Breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect, close to a train station and many spa resorts. Loved that it was pet-friendly, we saw a guest with their furry friend in the lobby!
The limited WiFi, couldn't access social media. , there was not much variety on the English TV channels.
